Return & Refund Policy – Raha Livings

At Raha Livings, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, our team will provide instructions on how to send your package.

All return items must be shipped to the following address along with video and picture proof of the damaged or defective product:

Packages sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damage, Defects & Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with clear photos and a video showing the issue. This helps us verify the problem and offer a quick solution.

Refund Conditions

  • A 20% deduction will be applied to the refund amount to cover shipping and processing costs.

  • Refunds are issued only after the product (with proof) is delivered to and officially received by the warehouse management of Raha Livings at the address above.

  • Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days.

  • Banks or card providers may take additional time to post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Gift cards

  • Used or damaged items without proof

  • Items returned after 15 days.
